I want to make your process simple and easy.  

 

Computer Monitors / Color Proofing / Sample Prints  Computer monitor colors often vary from one to another. If you are interested in purchasing a large print that requires a specific color match, I highly recommend that you send me a color swatch that you want me to match.  Since all sales are final, I suggest that you purchase a small sample print first.  I will apply that sample purchase amount as a credit towards that large print.  Sample sizes are considered to be the smallest sizes, in each category shown online.  

Licensed  Color proofing fees incurred at your printer who is producing the images, are not the responsibility of Jennifer Broussard Artworks. Please contact your printer for more information.

 

White Borders / Mirrored Canvas Borders  Comes with a 1-2” white border, dependent upon the size, which should give you room for framing. Please let me know if you need to alter the size, when you are placing your order.  Additional white border amounts may incur additional costs, but not always.  Mirrored borders additional, pricing based on the size. 

 

Payment & Taxes  You can place orders through the Cart or by email. The Cart allows for two paths.

1 “Check or Money Orders” Orders paid by check, may be held for clearance.

2 “Credit Card or PayPal" You do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card.

Professional California Art Purchasers will need to be set up in advance in order to wave the sales tax. The tax is automatically generated in the cart.  Please contact me before you make purchases online, and we will need to choose the best workaround for you.

 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds  No refunds or exchanges except for items damaged or lost in transit.  Please notify me immediately, and I will do everything I can to provide a prompt remedy. (Please see “Damaged Items” below.)

Cancellations  If you would like to cancel your order and the printing has not already begun, we will issue you a refund.  Once the printing process has started, we are unable to cancel the order and all charges will apply.

Damaged Items  We carefully inspect & securely wrap everything before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged contact us right away. Please email us within 5-7 days to notify us or the shipping company might not be able to process your claim.  Remember to keep the art and all packaging materials, as it is required by the shipping company in order to process the claim.

 

Delivery Times  All original, poster, licensed pieces & sample prints are made to order. Average print delivery time is 2-5 business days PLUS shipping from the time the payment is received.  Average licensed pieces are 2-4 business days.

Delivery times are also dependent upon my availability. Rush fees may apply if required within those timelines. Please contact me for more information. 

 

Shipping & Delivery  Items arrive rolled in a heavy-duty tube.  We ship all items FedEx "home delivery" to residential or " ground" to business addresses only.  Please double check and make sure that your shipping address is current at the cart. That is the shipping address that we will use. 

International purchasers, please email us directly.

Shipping fee amounts are available in the checkout area, before confirming your order. Average ground 1-6 business days.

APO, FPO & DPO FedEx offers special delivery ship to these locations, and we are happy to make special arrangements!

Please contact us for further information or if you would like to expedite your shipping.  

Tracking  You will receive the tracking information within 24 hours after your order has shipped to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you don’t receive tracking information within six business days of your order, please let us know; info@JenniferBroussard.com

Signature requests / Refusal of delivery  If you require a signature, please email me to let me know. If for any reason the package is returned to us including refusal of delivery, no refunds will be made. All costs for items purchased, shipping and taxes will still apply. If you decide that you would like to have your re-shipped, you will be responsible for all of the additional shipping charges & taxes.

Insurance  We insure all of our parcels. In the event that you do not receive your package, please contact us immediately at info@JenniferBroussard.com. Shipping companies have a time limitation on claims made. We will be sure to follow through with them, and a find a solution for you to receive a replacement for your order.
